Refunds and Exchange Policy
We have 2 days return and exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. We will not accept a return based on instances such as “ I do not like the item anymore”. All our items are custom designed per the client’s specifications. We have NO CASH refund policy.
Size
Please select a correct size when purchasing items. Should you need to send measurements, please send correct measurements to avoid incorrect sizing.
Production Period
We require 7 working days to design our custom made garments.
This exclude a delivery period.
Courier or Delivery
Courier fee is calculated at checkout and we use Aramex & Postnet to courier our items. Delivery period is 3 to 5 days.
